Let’s hit the road!

New website, new colours… new blog! A few months ago, L’Autre Thé celebrated its 10th birthday. It was the right time for changes, and we wanted an image more in line with our identity. Opening a blog was running through my mind for a while now: there are so many things I wanted to share about our teas!

Each one tells a story, most of the time related to my trips and encounters around the world. L’Autre Thé has adventure in its DNA, but the human aspect is even more important to us. « L’Autre Thé » is made of the French word « l’autre » (the other), which refers to the amazing people who grow our teas, to our team that creates the blends and shares them with you, but also to YOU, who understand our values and commitments and made all that possible.

That is why this blog is dedicated to you. I want to take you with me to China, India, Vietnam, wherever the best organic tea thrives, I want to share with you the surprises, encounters and discoveries that fill me with wonder every time I travel. To also unveil the backstage behind my job, and how our code of ethics is, more than a simple slogan, what leads our choices in our everyday life.

Tea is a whole universe in itself, made of knowledge, traditions and specific gestures. I also want to tell you more about all that, since tea is a constant learning process that anyone can follow. As our motto says:

« Because you are not born a tea drinker, you become one ».
