Après une très longue interruption (le premier volet de ce carnet de voyage remonte à 2018!), j’avais envie de me replonger dans ce périple à la découverte de l’inimitable matcha, un thé qui suscite toujours beaucoup de curiosité dans nos comptoirs. Voici donc le deuxième volet de mon dernier voyage au pays du Soleil Levant : suivez-moi à Kyoto et Uji, pour lever le voile sur les secrets de fabrication du fameux thé en poudre nippon !
