What's really in a tea leaf? Caffeine or theine? What is the role of tannins? What is L-Theanine? Tea has over 120 components! In this workshop, we'll explore together the main constituents of tea: you'll then know what their implications are, in terms of taste, aroma and color! An opportunity to answer your questions and demystify certain preconceived ideas.
