Explore with us the impact of water, from temperature to quality, through a comparative tasting. Preparing tea, yes, but what temperature for what tea? It's a question that's been the subject of much debate. Let yourself be surprised and (re)discover the main principles of tea preparation and the infinite possibilities it offers! We'll also discuss the importance of water quality, its composition and how it affects the infusion through a comparative tasting! This workshop is organized in partnership with Riviera & Bar, the iconic French market leader offering a wide range of electric kettles and automatic teapots, with adjustable temperature and numerous automatic options!
