Production method: Natural agriculture without fertilizers or pesticides, moderate roasting.
Distinctive features: Spring tea.
Aromatic profile: An enveloping tea with a round, smooth liquor offering typical notes of chestnut and sweet zucchini, accompanied by beautiful vegetal and mineral notes. It has all the qualities of a great Chinese green tea. A noble tea, yet easy to drink.

- Notes: cooked and fresh vegetal, mineral, light roasting, fruity, fresh chestnut notes.
