In the world of tea, the two terms "fermentation" and "oxidation" refer to two essential and very distinct processes at work during tea making. Each contributes in its own way to defining a tea's family, but also to shaping its unique taste profile. Though different, they are often confused. In this workshop, we'll shed some light on the subject and answer your questions by tasting five teas, comparing them to help you understand what makes them different and how they express themselves during tasting.
