Created in collaboration with "Les Délices de L'Ogresse" brand jam makers, this delicious marmalade is inspired by the Earl Grey tea recipe: it contains our "Breakfast" black tea and delicious candied bergamot zest, a Mediterranean citrus fruit with an inimitable flavor (somewhere between bitter orange and lime).
Excellent as a snack or for breakfast, it will enhance your toast and cakes! We recommend enjoying it with a plain black tea, whose flavor will gently underline that of the marmalade, without being overpowered by it, like our organic Ilam Mountain, with its gourmet notes of character.
Prepared with 58g of fruit per 100g of finished product.
