Description

This Darjeeling First Spring Harvest 2023 (DJ4) tea is from the Singell plantation of the Grand Darjeeling Gardens.

Long on the palate thanks to a fine astringency, this tea offers a vegetal and fruity palette with fresh almond notes as well as cooked vegetable notes.

Its liquor is golden yellow, clear and shiny. A very good Darjeeling! It is cultivated with particular attention and according to the principles of organic farming. Only the bud and the first 2 leaves were picked.

Tout à fait ce que j'aime chez un Darjeeling: caractère et finesse, Son parfum naturel vaut tous les thés parfumés.... J'utilise toujours l'eau de ma carafe Brita car je suis dans une région calcaire..

Un excellent Darjeeling Singell 2023 de même qualité que le 2022 et peut-être même très légèrement plus gourmand Une valeur sure. , fin , délicat , et bien équilibré avec des notes précises amandes et briochées . Une bonne pioche à ce prix là
