Description

From the first harvest of the year (day 9), after the tea bushes have taken advantage of the long winter months to concentrate their aromas, this tea from the Arya garden in the Darjeeling region (altitude 1800 m) has been hand-picked with the greatest care (only the buds and the first two leaves have been plucked).

Typical and well-balanced, there's a lovely harmony between the fruity roundness of Darjeelings and the fine astringency that characterizes this type of tea. It has a lovely amber liquor. The attack is vegetal and slightly woody, with camphor notes and almost no bitterness. More rounded than our Singell, for a variety of pleasures.
