The downy buds of this white tea are harvested in the early morning to take advantage of the dew that favors the development of the down on the buds. The tea bushes are grown at an altitude of 1200 m. in the Pu Muen mountains (Chiangrai, Thailand) and carefully harvested by a small independent producer.
After infusion, the liquor has a unique velvety texture that is very pleasant in the mouth. The notes are floral, vanilla, airy, all in delicacy.
Close to a "Yin Zen" tea (silver needles), this tea should delight tea lovers with a delicate floral profile.
