Description
The most highly prized scented teas are the fruit of a very fine traditional technique, akin to the know-how of perfumers: enfleurage. The tea is brought into contact with freshly blossomed flowers, usually picked at sunrise to maximize the aroma. Jasmine, lotus or grapefruit blossom: the flowers infuse the tea leaves with their fragrance naturally and directly, without any chemical or mechanical process. A magnificent and precious savoir-faire! During this workshop, you'll taste our teas scented by enfleurage, and have the chance to ask questions about this age-old art.
