Organic japanese green tea with vegetal notes fresh and slightly minty - Japon - En stock

Grand cru Récolte Primeur 2020

This Japanese tea Sencha Sayama is a premium green tea grown according to the principles of Organic Farming by a small producer from Kyushu Island, precisely from Kagoshima Prefecture. It comes from the cultivar Nanmei, a rare cultivar in Japan. The difference with our other Japanese vegetables is that it is not covered before harvest (kabusecha), which gives the tea fresh and lively vegetal notes, slightly minty. These leaves are also a lighter green. It follows a short parboiling process that gives it including pretty and long leaves in the shape of a clear jade-colored needle. It is allowed to infuse at least 3 times. An accessible entry into the world of Japanese Shincha
